Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed on thealmightyoriginals.com are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 3-7 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

We offer the following domestic shipping rates in the U.S. below:

Standard – $7.99
Free shipping in the U.S. for all orders over $200

International Shipping

Thealmightyoriginals.com does not currently offer international shipping.

Return Policy

You have up to 30 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on thealmightyoriginals.com.
Orders must be returned by mail only.
Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrance cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your returned is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
After inspection allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for Almighty Originals products not purchased from thealmightyoriginals.com.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Thealmightyoriginals.com does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
