Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. All purchases are exchange only for store credit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
• Any sale or discounted items

 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed on thealmightyoriginals.com are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 3-7 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

We offer the following domestic shipping rates in the U.S. below:

• Standard – $7.99
• Free shipping in the U.S. for all orders over $200

 

International Shipping

Thealmightyoriginals.com does not currently offer international shipping.

Return Policy

• You have up to 30 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on thealmightyoriginals.com.
• Orders must be returned by mail only.
• Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
• Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrance cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
• Once your order is received and inspected, an exchange or store credit will be processed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once your returned is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
• After inspection allow 24-48 hours for your exchange to be processed.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Almighty Originals products not purchased from thealmightyoriginals.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit. Sale items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or refunded for store credit.

Exchanges

Thealmightyoriginals.com does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the product for a full store credit and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
